By June 2020, to accelerate the learning and instruction for every student in every classroom we will implement high quality, rigorous and culturally relevant and Specially Designed Instruction in alignment with the Instructional Leadership Framework, as evidenced by a gain from baseline to endpoint on students assessments in assessments in Literacy.

Graduation
By June 2020, there will be a 5% increase in the number of exiting students with linkage to independent living, adult agencies and other confirmed post-secondary placement options.

By June 2020, there will be a 5% increase in the number of exiting students with linkage to employment or supported employment opportunities as evidenced by training to support students' advocacy, independence and community integration on their path to college and career readiness.

Safety & Restorative Approaches to Behavior
By June 2020, the Lewis and Clark school will utilize tools, resources and strategies to implement an equitable Multi-tiered System of Supports to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff and families as evidenced by a decrease in weighted incidents in the Online Occurrence Reporting System from 2018-2019 to 2019-2020.
